2Description of Service

Clipini is a video editing and publishing platform that offers:

  • •Automatic and customizable subtitles
  • •Automatic publishing to Instagram
  • •Editing and customization tools

3User Account

To use clipini, you must:

  • •Create an account with accurate information
  • •Maintain the security of your credentials
  • •Be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • •Be responsible for all activities under your account

4User Content

By using clipini, you retain your rights to your content, but you grant to clipini:

  • •A non-exclusive license to process your videos
  • •The right to temporarily store your content
  • •The permission to publish on your connected accounts

You are responsible for not downloading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.

5Limitation of Liability

Clipini cannot be held responsible for:

  • •Loss of data or service interruptions
  • •Indirect or consequential damages
  • •The generated content that may be inaccurate
  • •Issues with social media publishing

6Seller and Merchant of Record

Credit packs and storage subscriptions are sold by Freemius, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record (authorized reseller). Clipini remains the publisher and provider of the software service.

  • •Freemius, Inc. handles payment processing, invoicing, and collection of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax).
  • •Clipini provides software access, product support, and fulfillment of credits / storage.

7Payments and Subscriptions

Clipini offers a free tier and paid options:

  • •Credit packs: one-time purchase (Freemius lifetime license), credited to your account after payment.
  • •Storage +10 GB / +50 GB: monthly subscription, cancellable anytime from your account.
  • •Prices are shown excluding tax; VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by Freemius at checkout based on your country.
  • •Invoices are issued by Freemius; Clipini may send a product email with the invoice PDF when available.
  • •Refunds are described in our refund policy.
